As I write this review, we are coming up on the 100th anniversary of the death of the last Passenger Pigeon.  That bird, named Martha, died at the Cincinnati Zoo on September 1, 1914.

Now here is a book for the serious lister who enjoys chasing around the country for those rarities that show up every year.
